As long as our stupid Gov. has billions to spend in far away places for absolutely no gain to our country what so ever. We have the money to take care of our sick and old with our own tax dollars. If you dont like all the things this guy is doing now..just wait till he gets to his next term. LOL
He doesnt BS anyone. Hes done exactly what he said he was gonna do.

That has my point all along. There have been no surprises. And I also predicted a sharp turn to the right when people wake up.

Or you could look at it this way:

"people" made a sharp turn to the left when they DID wake up.

I predict Obama will be a 2 term pres. Being a republican or being a conservative are no longer on the same page. Sorry about the labels.

Steve: I am going to futher consider your most generous "offer"... I will admit that the next election is a ways out there, And plenty can to totally to hell, or not in this time...

All I got for ya is the the Republicans need to reinvent themselves. The only "conservative" party out there is Libertarian and I am not sure that label fits there either. Tell ya what... save all this political blather for the next election. I have other things to do.

Keep your eyes on next weeks elections. The republicans need to focus on conservatism. The only one I see with any real potential is Bobby Jindal. Going after the moderates is suicide. I would love to see Condi Rice in the mix.

HA! Dream on familyman. Jindal and Condi are just a couple of puppets for the real republican string-pullers. All part of their master-plan to appear to be more inclusive. I don't think the people are buyin' it. How long do you think Steele will be leading the party before they discard him as a failed strategy? The Bush years opened people's eyes to the real 'conservative' agenda. Make the fat-cats fatter, and keep stringing the gullible religionists along, for their much needed votes. I never thought I'd say it, but in a way, I'm thankful for the complete idiocy that was the Bush presidency. I hope that it will provide a powerful disincentive to potential republican voters for many years to come. Only when we discard money-grubbing, bible-thumping ignorance of the GOP, can we begin to make real progress toward a safer, more humane existence for all.

I hope those narrow-minded morons get Sarah Palin to step back out front! Nothing could be better for progressives than the return of that retard to the forefront of the GOP! Since republicans tend to think with their 'small heads' more than with their big ones, I'm sure there are plenty of confederate-flag-waving-yahoos out there that think this is a brilliant idea. I say 'bring her on!'. Wink

Both parties suck. Both are unnecessary. Government is too big and too expensive.

God is awesome.

Is this a "special interest group"?

A civil war is threatening to erupt within the Democratic Party as liberal advocacy group MoveOn.org looks to punish moderate Democrats opposed to the sweeping health care overhaul proposed by party leaders.

MoveOn has reportedly raised more than $3.5 million in contributions to fund primary challenges against "any Democratic senator who blocks an up-or-down vote on health care reform with a public option," according to an e-mail sent to group members on Thursday.

The e-mail warned that any Democratic House member who joins Republicans to filibuster the health care reform measure will "face an enormous backlash from the grassroots."

Duncan bad mouths republicans. Familyman denounces democrats. Thats why I'm not voting for either partys' presidential candidate in 2012. Otherwise, All you will get is an endoresment fori MORE OF THE SAME!!

Has either party brought down taxes? Has either party stopped war? Has eithr party stopped increasiing the deficit?

It's time to stop the idiotic "you suck, we are better" BS. We need a Third party. Constitutionalist, period. All of our present problems are crimes against the constitution. ALL!!

And as sheeple that continue to argue labels back and forth, we will get more of the same.

Health care run by the Fed Gov is just more trouble.

Conis,

Yawning so early in the day could be a sign of a serious medical condition. I'm going to recommend an MRI an EKG a stress test a cat scan and a psych evaluation. I'm also going to recommend putting you on cholesterol medication, blood pressure pills, antidepressants and narcotic pain meds.

Just pointing out another problem with our healthcare system.

It isn't that Liberals are ignorant. It's just that they know so much that isn't so. - Ronald Reagan

Making perfect sense:
IF YOU CROSS THE NORTH KOREAN BORDER ILLEGALLY
- YOU GET 12 YEARS HARD LABOR.
IF YOU CROSS THE IRANIAN BORDER ILLEGALLY
- YOU ARE DETAINED INDEFINITELY.
IF YOU CROSS THE AFGHAN BORDER
- YOU GET SHOT.
IF YOU CROSS THE TURKEY BORDER ILLEGALLY
- YOU SPEND THE REST OF YOUR LIFE IN PRISON!

BUT, IF YOU CROSS THE U.S. BORDER ILLEGALLY - YOU GET :
- A DRIVERS LICENSE
- A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
- WELFARE
- FOOD STAMPS
- AND , FREE HEALTH CARE

Oh well,.....sure......... That makes perfect sense - Glenn Beck
